General Information & Acknowledgement
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bigbd platform and all associated services. By accessing the bigbd website, creating an account, or using the services in any way, you automatically give your consent to these Terms.

bigbd takes the protection of minors from gaming very seriously. We may request identity documents at any time for age verification. If an account is created using false information, all winnings will be forfeited and the account will be terminated.

Account Registration & Security
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, family, household, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be terminated and deposited funds may be forfeited.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and your own. bigbd may request a national ID or other documents for identity verification at any time.
3.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a security breach, contact [email protected] immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
Funds can be deposited on bigbd via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and the funds will be returned.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be restricted if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- Withdrawal verification may take additional time due to technical or security reasons.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if money laundering or fraud is suspected.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on bigbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals in any other currency are not possible.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users on bigbd will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳15,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the sum of deposit and bonus). Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳24,000 (৳1,200 × 20) must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- An account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time from the date the bonus is claimed.
- Not all games may be available to play with bonus balance — specific games or game categories may apply.
- bigbd reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- In the event of bonus fraud or misuse, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
5.4 VIP Program
bigbd's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%, Silver — up to 0.8%, Gold — up to 1.1%, and Platinum — up to 1.5%. Through regular gaming, you can advance to higher tiers.
Gaming Rules
All games available on bigbd — slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and others — are governed by the rules of third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others).
6.1 Fair Play
The outcome of all games on bigbd is determined through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures impartiality. Any attempt to influence game outcomes through cheating, bot usage, or software assistance is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault or disconnection, the outcome of that round will be determined according to the server's records. In such cases, bigbd's decision will be considered final.
6.3 Sports Betting
Odds provided by bigbd for sports betting are subject to change at any time. Changes to odds after a bet is confirmed will not apply. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be settled according to the applicable rules.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bigbd platform. Violating these rules will result in immediate account termination and associated funds may be forfeited:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
- Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain an advantage in gaming.
- Misusing the bonus system or using multiple identities to claim bonuses.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Attempting to disrupt the security or functionality of the platform.
- Engaging in fraudulent transactions with other users.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address.
- Creating or operating an account using false or misleading information.
If suspicious activity is detected, bigbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account during investigation and to notify law enforcement authorities.
Account Suspension & Termination
8.1 Termination by bigbd
bigbd may suspend or permanently terminate any account without warning in the following cases:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Providing a false identity or information.
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
8.2 Closure by User
You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. If outstanding wagering requirements are not met before account closure, the bonus balance will be forfeited. Any legitimate real money balance will be returned.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
